Good catch, thanks for pointing that out. The more sensitive a speaker is the louder the decibels.

Also the power handling of the speaker will come into play. I like to use a speaker that is rated for at least twice the power of the amp. I don't like speaker distortion, which can cause the speaker to burn out prematurely.
