Default A very l-o-n-g blues backing track in G

I just finished this one. It's 13 minutes long and perfect for those that like to do extended jams or for collaborations of several people. I used some of my favorite soundfonts on this. I'm particularly fond of the piano. Enjoy!

Oh oh. I added my poorly played minutes worth, but then the track exceeded 10mb and mybox said no no. Gotta pay to upload over 10mb. Oh well. Something to remember for next time....

I had to chop a couple minutes off this to get it under 10 mb so that Box.net would take it. 10 mb is their free limit per file. It is now 10 minutes 20 with a fade starting at 10. With my part added it is 8.3 mb. It may need to be shortened again to get more people on it.

    I went until 2:45

I took a shot at it. 2:45-3:55, half acoustic, half electric. It's now at 9.4mb.

Thanks, Spuds, I liked your take on it also. As well as Moshe's. Kudos to Sting for putting this one up! Hope Hogfulloblues will give it another shot, too. Hog's got some good sounds! We can always trim it down again if need be.
    BTW, Spuds,
When are we going to get to hear that Mace?

Oh ya! Nice job. This is coming out to be a smokin track. Can anyone drop an accordian solo in by chance?

Thanks, OG. Played on my Strat, using the middle & bridge p'ups in series; this has become my favorite Strat tone since adding this pickup combo through the "Strat Lover's" wiring mod detailed HERE. Played through my Vox AD30VT, Tweed 4x10 plus reverb. Tone is overdriven with a combo of my Radial ToneBone and Bad Monkey pedals. Mic'ed the amp (Behringer XM8500 mic) directly into my PC's sound card and recorded over the backing track with Audacity.

I'm working on a different slow blues backing track using the same Strat set-up, but with no OD pedals and using the Boutique CL amp model. This should give a very clean and unadorned rendering of this middle/bridge-in-series pickup combo that I've grown to love so much. Should hopefully have it finished and posted by the weekend, at the latest....
