    Default Metronome preference??

    I'm looking at getting a metronome.....just a metronome as I already have a tuner.

Just wondering if analog or digital makes a difference to any of you? Any metronomes that you like........or don't like? Thanks.

I just use an app in my iPhone. there are free standalone metronome apps, and there is one in the guitar tool kit app.

I feel that a looper was a much better investment than a metronome. Same thing with more options and more fun. Just saying...because a click is awfully uninspiring.

That's the one I have. It does what it's supposed to, so I have no complaints.

I do agree with Spud's point though: playing with a drum loop or a looped guitar part is also a very good (and much more interesting) way to get rhythm in your head.
