Default NGD - SX Telecaster Knock-Off

I have been waiting a long time for this NGD post. Today I received my SX Tele knock-off from Rondo Music. It plays great. It sounds great. It looks awesome. It may be the low-cost entry way to the world of Tele tone, but it's all mine and I'm pretty happy with the sounds I'm getting from it so far. The battery is currently charging for my camera. I will post some pics later this evening. Now to go learn every lick Steve Cropper ever played...

    Awesome man! Congrats!

I haven't messed with the SX Teles from Rondo but a side by side of the SX strats with the real thing and I was hard pressed to tell the difference.

Aesthetically, it's essentially the same guitar.

As promised, here are some pics...

I used to have that exact same guitar. I liked it, particularly the thick, beefy neck. I also prefer those 6-saddle bridges to the 3-saddle ones. I remember the bridge being really piercing, but otherwise I thought it was great.

Congratulations! You can't beat a nice burst tele and I've heard nothing but good things about SX.
