    Default Paco de Lucia... wow!

I had the good fortune to see Paco de Lucia and his current ensemble play last night, and that was a superbly well crafted performance.

Great energy, tone, class, the whole package. Very well balanced as well.

At first, the nylon string sound take a bit to get used to, but then, it is off to the stratosphere..!

One of the musicians was occasionally playing a harmonica, but not with the usual phrasing, more like a horn, and that was quite interesting. I need to know more about that.

Overall, a very, very classy show. Half of the greater Boston Spanish expat community must have been in the audience, which made it even more fun!

    He is amazing. Lucky you.

If you aren't familiar with it, you need to check out "Friday Night In San Francisco.: It's Paco, John Mc Laughlin and Al Dimeola. Wonderful album.
