Spock traded his beard for bears?
Even though Neal Morse left years ago and Nick D'Virgilio is now playing for Cirque Du Soleil, the mighty Beard surges on. Using their touring drummer and lead vocalist from Enchant they are putting together a new album to be released later this year. So far...it sounds really good! The second and third songs are pretty good for rough mixes.
I'm excited for this as I'm a big Beard and Enchant fan.

Ha! Tele-ish now inbound.
Spock traded his beard for bears?
I liked the old stuff I have heard. Will check some out!
The thread title makes me think of that old video of Leonard Nimoy singing about Bilbo for some reason.

Wow, that intro sounds a lot like Kansas!
Very cool stuff!
This reminds me that I've been away from the prog world for quite some time.
I got started playing Rush, Kansas, and some Yes. Although Yes is a $&*# on bass.
Then along the way I moved into R&B and funk. Which are fun too in their own way.
Now I'm reminded of just how much I really enjoy the complexity and innovation of prog.
