Default Autumn photos with new camera

At the end of the summer I had the opertunity to try the new Olympus OM-D E-M5 for a few days and I loved it. It was actually good enough for me to part with my nikon D300, the Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 and some other Nikon stuff.

Here are a few pictures from two weeks ago. A wonderful weekend, with autumn colors and a temperature of 18 degrees C.

These were all shot with the kit lens, which isn't the best lens out there. I also have the 45mm f/1.8 which is, i dare say, one of the best lenses I've tried on any camera. the 45mm is equal to 90mm with 36mm film or "full format".

The pictures have been RAW-converted and I've tweaked colors and contrast but that's it, no other post processing.

Couldn't be happier with the camera.

    Thanks guys.

Yeah, the pond photo is my favorite as well.

Looks nice spudman. A little warmer than my version.

Since I got my new camera in the fall, I'll add some pictures too.

Nice spud. You getting to know the e510 now?

By the way, adobe Lightroom is stupendous for the budding photographer. I use it for 99% of my needs and it's super for organizing photos too.

Thanks Hampus. I turned the original 90 degrees. It looks kind of cool like this.

I took hundreds of pictures this fall, but I haven't even really gone through all of them yet to see exactly what I have. Should make for a good winter project.

Two more. At least one could pass as an autumn photo.
The first one is a panoramic view of the city where we live. It's a combination of 5 photos stitched together in photoshop.
The second one is my little 1 yr old in the process of "reorganizing" my sock drawer.
