Default cab options for a Mesa TA-15

Recently picked this amp up for a good price. Overall a very sweet amp. Two channels, one I call Vox. Very nice but without a natural master so volume can be an issue at rehearsal. There's an option to turn the cut into a master, but the Vox sound suffers. The other channel is pretty much a Mesa channel, which I like a lot since the Mesa clean channel with a fair bit of gain is my favourite guitar sound.

Just running it through an old cab with a single Celestian 12 on board. Thinking about getting a better speaker or speakers for it which will probably improve the sound. Any opinions welcome. It's a lunchbox amph for practice, so not looking to spend a ton, but do want to optimize the Mesa sound.

Humbucker Music has a good price on this, $80 cheaper than Sweetwater.
