Default Demo of my Free The Tone SOV-2 Overdrive (video)

Some of you might remember the thread I've started....well finally I found the time to record a demo (no takling!).
Let me know what you think - I think it is a very organic overdrive:

That is a great, rich and meaty sound! Thanks for the demo, Jimi.

I can see (well, hear) why you like that pedal so much! At one point it sounded like your guitar was basically begging to play "Smoke on the Water." Has that 70s rock vibe. Subscribed to your channel too. Looking at the description reminded me how terrible my German is

Great Demo Jimi, I love the way you demonstrate the sound quality of the pedal. I must say I'm not generally speaking a great fan of Hard overdriven sounds but Starting at 3'49 I really dig the sound After that when you push the drive I don't like it so much it starts to get muddier in the bass range to my ears

Thanks Jipes! You are right with the muddy character. I think the pedal sounds and feels best with the drive not exceeding 1 o' clock.
