I really like those little orange amps. I really like the tiny version.

Congrats! The Road Worn Series is great. I personally would have kept the white pick guard...but that's details ain't it ;-)
The Tex Mex pick ups were originally in my Jimmie Vaughan Strat..if I remember correctly (20 years ago...) they sounded very good. Regarding the Bassbreaker...well I've played it not too long ago in a music store and I thought it was extremely powerful but lacked a little character. In that price range though it will be hard to beat.

Hey Jimi, thanks! Which Bassbreaker did you play? I love those micro terrors, and have seen vids on the Purple Wind. They sound great! I'll be using whatever little monster tube amph for jams and maybe even a small gig here and there.

What about the Pro Jr? Robert, do you still have yours?

The Pro Junior is a great amp.

    Comparison with the Hotone amps:

Pro Jr price: $420, tube amp, 15 watts. LOUD! Can play with a band with this thing.
Hotone Purple Wind: $89, solid state, 5 watts. Not for playing with a band.

Pro Jr is obviously the better amp... except if you need really low volume for practicing, it's the wrong choice.

    I've played the 45 - it's extremely loud

NAD coming soon... I won't tell you just yet what I got, except to say that is sounds absolutely killer, clean and distorted, at levels from a whisper to a roar. 😀
