    Default Cortez The Killer

I’m Neil Young obsessed of late. Here’s another of his with Crazy Horse. This very well may be my favorite song of his.

Really nice. Great restrained playing. Which Katana channel are you using here and which on-board effects? Any pedals?

Thanks. My "panel" is basically glued to these settings while in the house/recording:

Crunch channel - mod is mid boost, tape delay, spring verb. That's it. I don't bother messing with the software much. I treat it like a regular amp. Sometimes I'm on clean channel with 1/4 reverb and I use my MXR Badass distortion + Carbon Copy delay.

I've seen these amps discounted now. Perhaps a new model is forthcoming?

Wow, great sounding clip! Well played too
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

I read today in Rolling Stone that Neil is releasing some early unreleased stuff, including a live date (in Japan?) that they say has the definitive version of this song, FYI.
