I'm really liking the 2 point trems. Simple to set and they feel smoother to me.
Whats your favorite? I think Fender Strats should all come with vintage trems but that's me. What about you peepols?

Well, haven't even used mine yet. It is a vintage synchronized trem, and was tightened down by the prior owner of my strat. I'll have to fiddle around with it at some point.

I don't whammy all that much 'cept for the occasional chord swirl. I just like the adjustability and the look of a vintage trem bridge. Most of the time though my trem arm isn't screwed into the bridge.

I really like the vintage trem on my Strat. I set it up flush with the body, and it works great for adding accents here and there to a chord or note.

I have a vintage trem, but I took a tip from the Fender site: I have the the four inner screws raised about 1/16" and the outermost screws driven in flush with the plate, so the unit pivots on those two screws. It works really nicely.
I like jam and jelly! I like butter and margarine. Who cares? I have a few Strats, some w/ 2-point, some w/ vintage trems. They all play just fine. As long as the block mass is solid and not that cheesy import shit that's all that matters.

I like the Wilky best of all.

Since I own a few guitars with both setups, here are my opinions.
2-Point Pros:
* Better tuning stability
* Easier to setup
* Greater tremolo movement
* Reliability (no need to worry about stripped bridge screws)
2-Point Cons:
* It's not as sexy as the classic 6-screw tremolo
* Not as easy to find aftermarket parts for
* The two pivots can sometimes come loose from the body
* Tone is a little less "Stratty" IMHO
6-Screw pros:
* It's got the look - it's what makes a Strat a Strat!
* Loads of aftermarket options available
* Tone - more screws = greater connection between bridge and body
6-Screw cons:
* Can be diffucult to setup
* More prone to damage due to its delicate design
* Less tremolo movement
* Tuning stability can be an issue if not properly setup
All in all I love both of them, which is why I own guitars featuring both bridges. I've come to learn a properly setup Strat can maintain very stable tuning stability whether you use the 2 or 6 point bridge. The key is keeping all the friction points lubricated.
