Well done, sounded great! What did you use to do the recording?
I've been dying to give this a try, battling complications with the hard disc recorder, file conversion and transfer, etc. Anyway, here's a kinda rough effort from a relative newbie. Realized after doing it all that I unconsciously copped a Gov't Mule riff, but no claims to originality here. http://www.box.net/public/3ozip5hm74

Sorry about not including gear etc. Recording through a Boss BR1200 hard disc. Bass directly into the deck on a factory setting (Squier P bass), 2 rhythm tracks, one clean one right from the Boss, the other through a Peavey Jack Daniels. Cheesy drums from the BR1200. Lead is an Epiphone Sheraton through a Mesa Lone Star, clean channel 1, enough gain to clip classic. Unwanted compression on the lead from a funny mic situation -- when I live mic the Mesa I get more compression (I think), but have no idea why. As you can see I know very little about recording, but I keep tryin, and keep having fun doing it.

That's the first time I've heard a Sheraton (other than Lennon's) and a Mesa Lone Star.
Very rich & yummy!
Nice recording Helliot! I love the guitar sound!
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
Nice job! Great tones for sure and I thought the recording was well done too.

Hey Helliot,
I like your playing!
That sounded great! Good recording quality, very direct and all over! The mix was good, too.
For a first try this was superb!
Keep up the good work and rock the member's clip section!
