    Smile new fretter

hey all, my name is Tom. I've had an active fret login for a while, but only now have had a chance to dive into it. This is a great forum. A little about me...Ted S is my big brother for starters, (great guy but I got all the looksLOL!) I recently picked up a Godin LG which I think is the cats a#$, I aslo have an Ibanez RG7620 which I purchased about 8 years ago, ( rather impulsively I have to admit). I patch into a '64 Ampeg 12" which is pretty cool too. Also I play some trumpet and piano, which were my first discilplines. anyway thanks to anyone for there time, and looking forward to more time on the fret!

    Tom

Welcome to the party, little Tom!

    That Ampeg sounds mighty interesting.

You'd think big brother would be smart enough to close the door behind him.

Don't worry about him. You're still welcome here.
How about getting in on some of our recording forum pieces and laying down some trumpet. It would be W A Y cool.

    Welcome Tom!
I hope to hear you play some trumpet on our backing tracks! I love that muted trumpet sound.
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

Welcome Tom. I played trumpet for about one month when I was 11. Then I got my lip split in a fight on the way home from school and that took care of that for a while. Yes lets hear that trumpet, my son plays trumpet too, I'd love to hear yours on the Fret.Net!
