Yeah, I like that look a lot better. All the way around. I would love that tortoise shell PG on another color tele. Once in a while, I think about a tortoise shell PG on my blizzard pearl strat.
It's a pretty small modification, but I switched to the white pearloid pickguard and contrasting black middle pickup cover. I much prefer this look to the stock tortoise shell guard and white p'up cover. IMO, this is how the Nashville Tele should be outfitted in the first place!
