    The local Suhr dealer in town has one. Has a small matching cabinet to go with it.

    I've seen that clip before. It is impressive how the volume of the amp can be turned down, yet the tone, compression and saturation stay the same. :

    Marshall does make an 18 watt amp, the handwired 2061X:

    Notice that they also make a 20watt amp using two EL84s as well, the 1974X.

    I think marshall may have started manufacturing their 18 and 20 watt amps due to Graydon Stuckey and the 18Watt.com gang reverse engineering vintage 18 watters.
