Humble Pie deserves more credit than they get from the rock bigheads. Marriott (rest his soul) was one of the great voices, at that point Peter Frampton was a top drawer rock guitarist ahead of his time, and the entire band rocked with a very evil vibe.
Another great version of 30 Days is by Gov't Mule, heavily inspired by the Pie, which is the flamethrower version of this classic song.
