Question Fender American Series Strat Pickups?

How good are the pickups in the Fender American Series Stratocaster? I'm currently bidding on a loaded lefty pickguard taken off a brand new American Series Stratocaster. If I win it, I'll transfer all the hardware into my Fullerton.

Do you know which year this pickguard is from? The pups and pots vary from year to year. You can see the differences from the schematics on the fender.com support site.

You don't need to replace the fullerton 6-way switch or pots - they are top notch my friend! I think the 5-way switch is better than the American Standard model.

Don't know what year it's from. I just emailed the seller to see if he knows. The auction just says it came off a brand new Strat. So, the 5-way switch in the Fullerton is a good one?

EDIT: The seller said it's off a 2000 American Standard.
