Default My Epi Wildkat Limited Edition!

Well Brown showed up today with something I couldn't pass on.......MF was blowing out a limited edition trans. orange finish Epiphone Wildkat guitar for $349 out the door! They regular Wildkats are $500, and my guess is the limited edition color makes it worth more than that. Too good to pass up seeing that I didn't have a p90 and semi hollow guitar in my small stable. So it came today. I was super surprised, it was flawless....... binding great, fret work super, knobs and switches smooth and tight, nut was even cut well. The Bigsby is really cool, never had one before, adds a sweet shimmer to your sound and after the strings stretched out it stays well in tune despite what I thought! It plays like butter, they set it up with the neck super straight(little relief) and low action, with no buzzing! Playing though a fat sounding clean channel with loads of Verb and some slap back delay is a treat with this! Some pics:

Ma, that looks sweet! Heavenly tones out of it?

Sweet guitar Riley!! I´ve been looking on the Alley kat myself, but the Wild Kat is really nice too.
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

Can you post some clips of that beauty? I always considered buying an Alley Kat........just played Sleepwalk yesterday at a local gig on my Strat - I bet your EPI had done a perfect job on that.

Thanks guys! Yeah I'll try tonight to do up a clip. I can't promise Sleepwalk, but I'll run it through some various tones.
