    Default I'm new here, hello.

Well, I already know Brian Krashpad. I post as "Minitruth" in other places.
I'm 44, been playing about a year. I'm an oddball, because I only write
original material. I'm not good, but I play several hours a day- Hopefully I'll
get a bit good sometime soon. I might try to learn one cover, though. Syd
Barrett's "Vegetable Man" sort of reached me. I have a lot of cheapo guitars
and gear, so laugh at me now. How am I doing so far?

If I was good, I'd say "yes" but the truth is that the learning curve for
guitar, bass, keyboard, Vox, recording and all the technical stuff for
each, all at once is really steep.

I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

BwaAAAHHAaahahHahahaa, hooo boy you unkill me!

Any friend of Syd Barrett (not to mention Brian Krashpad) is a friend of mine.

I've been playing for about a year and a half & am about your age. Several hours a day?! That's fantastic. Writing your own stuff? I'm very impressed.

    Welcome!
