    Default Ferrule removal machine

I think the time has come to begin stripping the finish off my Tele. I've got everything figured out except what the best way is to remove the string ferrules. Is it just a matter of tapping them out from the front with a small screwdriver?

Well, after a bit of searching, I can answer my own question. I just tapped them out from the other side using a small Phillips-head screwdriver. In case anyone wants to see what my Tele looks like in pieces, you can check it out here.
