    Default Nickelback in Concert

I saw Nickelback at Rexall Place in Edmonton yesterday. Rake (a small band from Camrose) opened first, then Dago Jones (or however you spell it) played a fantastic set (Sleep is the enemy is his new cd, I'm definitely getting it) and finally Live lit it up with a hit packed session of old favourites along with new ones.

Nickelback did their usual jammin to their usual sound that I really enjoy and generally showed a lot of great showmanship. They did a tribute to Dimebag Darell which was quite good. I know I'm somewhat bias because of their Canadian smalltown roots.

Anyway I know I enjoyed the show, but I'm more interested in what you guys think of Nickelback since it seems to be a love them or hate them sort of band.

Nickelback rocks my arse bro! My daughter totally digs them too. Haven't seen them yet but I will.

I have to admit that I cannot remember if I even heard them...
    Any listening recommendations?
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
