    Default Philip Sayce

A new discovery for me. Philip Sayce. The real deal. Kick a** funky blues.

Toured with Jeff Healey and Melissa Etheridge to name a couple. His solo album and tour features none other than the ledgendary Kenny Aronoff on drums.

A youtube primer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rfrn6bk5IEk You can take it from here.

His web site features some great videos too.

    Cool

    Awesome find Spuds!

I'd heard the name kicked around - probably with regard to Mr. Healey, but that's the first I've heard of him. WOW! Gonna be picking up this disc for sure!

    Gotta luv the internet!

I saw the videos on his website about a year ago. Super Strat player and his tone is great, too. This guy definitely has something going on there and his playing is full of passion.

One soulful white dude. There is a good reason he plays with Kenny Arnoff and Melissa Etheridge.
