Welcome! You have found a nice place. I look forward to hearing more about your side gig(s). Based on your moniker, can I guess how you would vote on the Marshall v. Fender poll?
I've been lurking for a while and this seems a cool place for geetar-people.
I've been playing semi-pro on and off for nearly 40 years. Still got the day job but it's the evening job that keeps me smiling.
I hope to make some good friends here.

Hey Pleximan, that is a good name! Welcome!
I assume you are a Marshall Plexi devotee?

Yes it is. I've had my right hip replaced with a vintage steel Fender tremolo, and I'm mostly made out of alder except for the bubinga stripe down my back. I am a geetar-people.Originally Posted by Pleximan

Ha! Tele-ish now inbound.
Thanks guys.
I haven't got a Plexi at the moment but I've got a 1974 JMP 50 which is basically the same thing sound wise. Love that vintage growl with HBs or SC.
Cool, I have a 1974x clone on the way... should be ready in August.

I have a 76 JMP 50 Combo. It went out on the road with me for many years. Now it stays in its case...for now.Originally Posted by Pleximan
