Karaoke CDs
I picked up a few karaoke CDs the other day (Stormy Night Blues, American Graffiti 50s, and Southern Rock). I am using them to practice my rhythm and attempting a little soloing. All three have some good old favorites. Does anybody else use karaoke CD to practice by? Anybody have good recommendations to purchase?
Guitars:
Electric: Washburn HB-30, Squier Tele Custom Deluxe, Jay Turser Strat.
Acoustic: Seagull S6.
AMPs: VOX AD30VT, Peavey Envoy 110.
Modelers: V-AMP 2, Digitech RP-100A.
Pedals: Boss RC-2 Loop Station, Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble, Digitech Bad Monkey, Ibanez DE7 Delay/Echo, DOD VFX40B 7-Band Graphic EQ, Ibanez CS-5 Super Chorus.

I just have a ton of backers because I like to record those rythem parts and everything else but its not a bad idea most of the karaoke tracks are pretty close to the originals so it should work well for you.

Any kind of backing track/karaoke track will def help build up your rhythm chops. I always enjoy just playing along to the actual recording as well.
