    Default Test, trying to post a photo

    Well I cant figure out how to resize a photo, if I try to upload a photo the fret sez it's to big, any Ideas.

    if you can save your photo to the web on say www.box.net - you can then chose to display the linked file by just hitting the picture icon in the editor and input the web address of the picture. Much quiker than uploading images to theFret.

    You can also use photobucket.com and then use the mountain icon on our composition page (when you post) to insert the photo into the thread. Doesn't cost you any space or $.

    You should make that into a jpg file instead of a bmp. Bmp files are huge compared to jpg's. Use www.irfanview.com to convert to jpg. Let me know if you need help with this.

    +1 on using Irfanview for cropping & resizing images, and for converting their formats. I use it constantly. And best of all, it's FREE!!!

    I did down load that program just cant figure it out

    For the advanced user, try The Gimp www.gimp.org. Pretty much does everything you would use PhotoShop for, but it's FREE!
