how can you see into my eyes like open doors
leading you down into my core
where I’ve become so numb without a soul my spirit sleeping somewhere cold
until you find it there and lead it back home

now that I know what I’m without
    you can't just leave me
breathe into me and make me real
    bring me to life

frozen inside without your touch without your love darling only you are the life among the dead

    all this time I can't believe I couldn't see
kept in the dark but you were there in front of me
I’ve been sleeping a thousand years it seems
got to open my eyes to everything
without a thought without a voice without a soul
    don't let me die here
    there must be something more
    bring me to life

BUMP: C'mon Folks... I know you've heard this one (many times).

All you Stan Lee fans will remember it on the Soundtrack to a movie based on one of his characters. Great song CB :

    Breathing is the hardest thing

Yes, it was STP's Interstate Love Song, which ChildBride has already beaten you to.

Take a shot at CB's song listing...

Not sure but I think it is...

'Bring Me To Life' - Evanessence

I am gonna reach WAY back for this. Hint: This hit the airwaves in 1972

Have you ever felt the night
    Felt the wind around you
Have you read a book or two
Or have books been reading you

Do clothes reflect your mental health
    Are your boots reheeled
Could you lead a life of wealth
    Delivered wrapped and sealed

    [chorus left out]

    Must you be a superstar
To find your means of living
Does it matter who you are
    Can't you stomach giving

    [closing chorus left out]

    Cheers,

    Bob

Did I stump this entire site??? :

    Want hints???

    * I swear I am not making this up
    * Band name is one word
    * Band name starts with the letter 'B'

The band has a web site with clips that I'll provide.

    ok, I'll toss one..

    Not a day goes by
That a man doesn't have to choose
    Between what he wants
    What he's afraid to lose
    Along comes temptation
    And he can't refuse, no
I know the different between wrong and right
Don't make no difference in the middle of the night

    Take the bait
    You pay the price
    It's much too late
    For good advice
You know and I know that our good things' through
    etc
    etc

Yeah, and I would for sure be bringing the $50k+ tools! (Read http://www.thefret.net/showthread.php?t=6986 for details) because that kinda work requires precision and attention to detail.

Ok, let it go much too long.

    'Questions' by Bang

    http://www.bangmusic.com/

Lot's good info on the site. To hear a clip... Click Store and then click the image for CD1 Bang / Mother - Bow to the King. There were three tunes popular on the radio at the time; 'Questions', 'The Queen' and 'Future Shock'. Check 'em out for some early 70's stoner metal.

I got the CD1 recently and it was a lot of fun re-figuring it all back out. So now I have to go dig up something for another post. I 'pass the token' on my turn for now.

Wow, sure like to have them tools Robert!!! :

    Cheers,

    Bob
