    Default Hello all

Hi - n00b here, middle aged born again guitarist (42) from Warrington England. Plugging away but struggling a bit, need a good helpful forum. Found this via dolphinstreet (EXCELLENT site!).

Got a Vox AD30 amp etc as per signature, love the amp and my almost unique Gordon Smith guitar (as far as I am aware only 2 ever made, and mine is the first, certified as such by Gordon Smith). I'll get round to a piccy post soon enough I expect. If you google 'Gordon Smith Guitars' and look in the GS range under GS1.5-40, the picture you see is actually my guitar before I collected it. Pity I can't do it justice-hope this site will help. So thats me - Hello!
Guitars Gordon Smith GS1.5-40, Peavey Generation EXP, Ovation Celebrity electro

    Amps Behringer GM110

Effects Danelectro Blue Paisley pure drive, Danelectro Cool Cat CD1 Distortion, Danelectro Black Paisley liquid metal, Danelectro Cool Cat chorus(original 18v model), Danelectro Dan Echo delay, Line 6 Toneport GX,

Has anyone told you of our initiation ritual where you have to surrender one piece of gear to each Moderator to gain entry?

    Just kidding, just kidding.

(I thought it was a good idea. I don't know why it never works.... )

    Welcome aboard Mr. Grumpy!

Welcome, that sounds like a great guitar!

As for the tribute to the moderators, I always wondered why Tone had so many d@mned cowbells.
