Heard this on my local NPR - Terri Gross is a great interviewer, and this was fascinating. Listen and find out what music does to/for your brain. While you're at it, check out her archives at NPR (the show is called 'Fresh Air') for some great interviews with some of your favorite musicians (Elvis Costello's is great, Gene Simmons' is grotesque!)
