Is it the Squier version of the previously discontinued DeArmond S-73? Like this?
I never played the Squier versions, nor specifically the DeArmond S-73, but I have played many, and owned several DeArmonds, and they are good guitars. The pickups in the Squier versions were not as nice but otherwise I would think that if yours is a Squier S-73 it should not be too bad a guitar.
PS-- the DeArmond version is basically an import copy of the old Guild S-100 (minus the coil-splitter):

Well, I'm new 'round these parts so I guess nobody has any preconceived notions about me.
Promo shot from about 1983:
Something a little more recent (like Nov. 2007):
Black & white photos are soo artsy fartsy, ain't they?

My Momma always said "Stultus est sicut stultus facit".
She was funny like that.
Hey, I didn't know you're Dee Snyder!!
The Law of Gravity is nonsense. No such law exists. If I think I float, and you think I float, then it happens.

My avatar is also a pic of me at my friend's house on a halloween night. The trick and treating kids didn't want to leave.
