    Default Logic Studio Recording Software

An interesting review here. For my purposes, Garageband is probably enough, but someday if I keep at it, it might be nice to have something like this. Since Robert is considering a new machine, I thought it might be of interest. It is authored by Peter Kirn who is a media artist and educator based in New York. He runs the online music tech blog and community Create Digital Music.

I have Logic (sounds like Mr Spock? ), but I have to say that the learning curve is quite steep. For me, GB is more touch and go, its like a good old porta multi-track cassette recorder, plain and simple but with a excellent sound.
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
