I have not heard any of the King Crimson music from the last 20 or so years, but "In The Court Of The Crimson King" and "Red" are still amazing today.

I never knew Adrian Belew was (and still is) in King Crimson.

He's such a creative guitarist and was awesome in Zappas band.

I've always been a big fan of Belew.

I saw him with KC about 10 years ago at a small venue in downtown Denver. Excellent show, although Fripp was having problems with his rig and was visibly p****d. Belew was great. It was the Thrak tour, I believe.

The real surprise of the show was the California Guitar Trio, who killed. It may have been the technical difficulties Fripp was having, but CGT blew KC off the stage.

Trey Gunn was in the band at the time, he plays Warr guitar and Stick. I got a couple of his solo albums which are very good.

In fact I just got a DVD/CD package called Quodia. Trey Gunn is in that band. It is a multimedia/spoken word presentation. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I like it.
