    Default Helloooo.

Hey all, I'm Jake, feel free to call me .overdrive, o_r, odrew, or Jake. :P

I've been playing guitar since I was 9, and just recently turned 18.

I've got an Ovation Celebrity Series MOB, Jackson Dinky LE w/ Custom Flame finish, Marshall MG80, Crate RFX125, and some random Boss effects (MZ-2 is one of 'em.)

Aside from guitar, I have some experience in bass, drums/percussion, and ukulele. I'd like to think my theory and technical skills are up to par, but I could use some songwriting tips.

At any rate, glad to be here!

What, no Washburn acoustics?!?! Who let this guy in here?

Only kidding, Jake! Kind of an "in joke"--take a look through the intros over the last couple of months and you'll get it.

    Thanks, everyone!

It might be obvious by now that I'm no stranger to forums or guitars; hopefully I'll be able to put my knowledge of both to good use here.

    Jake,

Welcome to the forum. I'm one of the relatively new members here and I think you will find this one of the better forums on the web and definitely one of the best guitar/music forums.
