    Default New to TheFret

I stumbled across this forum and I have got to say I love it. What better way to become more infatuated with guitar? Personally I am a rather new guitarist. I have been playing for a little over a year now but it has really become a part of me. And on my first post ever on this site I have gotta say thanks to Robert for dolphinstreet.com adn everything else that is involved with his online guitar guru-ing.

He is the catalyst for many of us! Welcome.. these people don't bite.. might get unruley at times..but you know barks are just loud and annoying..

Welcome, I'm a 1.5 year player. I keep the length of time I've been playing as low as possible because I feel I should be much further along.

Big welcome to ya, Musky! Glad to hear I provide some inspiration. You guys realize you are putting some pressure on me now going into 2008 with talk like that ... gotta work on being able to continue to be an inspiration...

Just Strum, hmm, judging by the maturity of your usual posts, I was sure you were at least 4 years old? Hmm, live and learn I guess. :

Man Oldy beat me to it.

    Muskrat, muskrat candlelight
Doin' the town and doin' it right
    In the evenin'
    It's pretty pleasin'

    Muskrat Susie, Muskrat Sam
Do the jitterbug out in muskrat land
    And they shimmy
    And Sammy's so skinny

And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
    Singin' and jingin' the jango
    Floatin' like the heavens above
    It looks like muskrat love

Nibbling on bacon, chewin' on cheese
Sammy says to Susie "Honey, would you please be my missus?"
    And she say yes
    With her kisses

And now he's ticklin' her fancy
    Rubbin' her toes
Muzzle to muzzle, now anything goes
As they wriggle, and Sue starts to giggle

And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
    Singin' and jingin' the jango
    Floatin' like the heavens above
    It looks like muskrat love

La da da da da ...
    I pick a moon dog.
