5 per my sig. 2 'lectric, 2 'coustic and one bass.

Coming soon to a household near me: something strat-o-spheric and some kinda solid bucking LP clone. And something P90'd. And something like a sweet Nashville Power Tele would be cool. I haven't had a 12-string in a while either. Maybe a resonator guitar, and another solid body bucker I can leave in open G and slide off some Reverend Billy F.

I beg you. Please don't start an amp thread. : I have a new mortgage and kids orthodontics to pay off, not to mention numerous Xmas credit card bills.

You can count those, too, IF you play 'em more than your kids do!

And no, not MF. 7-letter word, rhymes with gaspole.

My sole purpose is to be an inspiration and excuse for each and everyone one of you. Just remember it is YOUR castle and if you receive any objections to your acquisitions you may use me as an excuse for your indiscretions.:

    Bless you sir.

But I prefer secrecy and deception.

As you know, once you get over a certain amount, they all blend together in the wifely mind.

The tricks: keep 'em cased, spread 'em out (I keep about half at the office), and do not have new ones delivered to the house.

Thank you for the blessing father Krashpad.
Alas, the methods of secrecy and deception were not to be disclosed unto the general population lest they go wildly astray. May you now carry the burden with great strength.

[giggle] that actually wasn't very polite, and i apologize. my ex had an extremely expensive hobby that i had no interest in whatsoever and was very hostile towards and i empathize deeply to all on the forum who face any opposition to guitar acquisition syndrome. i personally just think of it as Christmas all year long.

No offense taken whatsoever. It's wonderfull you can share that.

Mrs. Krashpad is actually very tolerant of me, especially for a non-player.

Of course, at this point, she only knows I have "over a dozen" guitars.
