I only have 3. I know, it's not a lot - but I'm still re-learning the guitar - I still need a Telecaster so I can get some Twang into my life :
1973 Léro Model 58 Acoustic
2005 Squier '51 in Black
2006 Squier Standard Strat in Cherry Sunburst
Gil, the new guy on the block
Where ever you go, there you are
a 1973 Léro Model 58 Dreadnought; a 1998 Ovation 1861 Standard Balladeer Natural; Taka - a 2005 Squier '51 Black
Yume - a 2006 Squier Standard Strat Cherryburst; Houbi - a 2008 Fender VG Strat Blizzard Pearl won via fender.com
Pedals: Home made board; Visual Sound 1 Spot Power; Danelectro Chicken Salad, Fab Chorus, Echo & Flange; DVM Phasers To STUN; EHX LPB-1; Fender PT-100 Tuner
Amps: Fender Super Champ XD; Vox DA-5 in Camo
Computer: Apple MacBook Pro, PowerMac G4; Line6 Toneport KB37; M-Audio Black Box Pedal Board, Trigger Finger & DX4 Monitors
Software: Ableton Live Lite; Apple Garageband; Cockos Reaper; Line6 Gearbox/POD Farm with Model Packs
GAS: Squier Classic Vibe '50s Tele; Barber Tone Press Pedal; DigiTech Bad Monkey Pedal
Nothin' wrong with having 3! For quite a number of years when I started out all I had was a no-name MIJ acoustic. We've kinda got accustomed to it being common for guitarists to have batches of guitars (and I'm more guilty than the next guy as far as that goes), but the bottom line is you can only play one at a time! (Unless you're that Michael Angelo Batio guy or whatever he's called.)Originally Posted by Gil Janus

I've got 5 right now: a Strat, an ESP Deluxe, a Charvel, an Ibanez RG 570 and a beater Johnson acoustic that I'm too embarassed to take into public.
Now, what I have GAS for is an entirely different story!
Guitars:
Fender 2006 MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS in 3TS
Ibanez RG 570 with a bridge Invader
ESP M II Deluxe with a Tune-o-Matic bridge
Eleanor, the magical, mystical Road Worn wonder Tele
Blackstar HT Club 40
I have 9 guitars:
61 016NY Martin
66 D40 Guild
87 Wash D28-12
87 USA Strat
00 Johnson Tri Cone
04 Wash J-6 Hollow Body
06 Wash HB-32 Boogie St Music
06 Wash J28SCEDL
?? Fender Strat [beer promo W/ 1 humbucker]
?? Martin Uke
?? Oscar Schmidt Autoharp
06 Rogue A-style Mando A/E
If I could keep only one guitar. It would be the hollow body, because it just makes me feel better.
Here are a few of them hanging around,,

I think I won't be getting a crap load of guitars. I think a good strat, tele, LP, an acoustic and couple of other styles of guitars would be all I'd want. Don't have that LP yet though... Oh, and a ES-339 or similar...
Tone, I'm gonna get a music room one day too. Our oldest kid is going to college next year - I think I'll just steal her room!

Now I understand - some of you are hoarding!!!
