Never heard of them Katastrophe. I'll gladly look into them.
My research into Agile guitars led me to another brand: Raven West Guitars. the website is here: www.ravenwestguitar.com . The K2 line looks really affordable, and the abalone inlays on the main line of guitars look really good. Anyone have any experience with these guitars? The prices look great. The guy also sells on the 'Bay and has a 100% feedback rating. The K-2 hollowbody Tele, the RG350 and RG 450 look impressive to say the least, especially at those prices...

Thanx Marnold!
I had heard they were going under a while ago. Everyone was snatching up the remaining inventory quickly. I bet those folks are going to feel pretty stupid when they find out someone else has taken over and they don't have such a collectible guitar anymore.
