I haven't played the Electromatic series but I like the old Corvette. It's just a good and simple guitar.

I've found not one single video or clip of this reissue, and only one vid on YouTube of the 1964 version. And of course it's not at any of my local stores. I may just order one from MF and send it back if I don't like it. It's got everything I've been wanting in my next guitar: two buckers with independent volumes, a short scale, and a vibrato. And it oozes coolness, and it doesn't scream I CAN'T AFFORD A GIBSON. What's not to like?
