Default A little Monday morning SRV....

Came across this while noodling around on YouTube and had never seen it before. It's shot from a handheld camera close to the stage, and it's jittery and has shadows moving back and forth in front of Stevie. But the sound is really very good and his playing--well, I'll let that speak for itself....

Good way to start a monday morning!

You can tell it wasn't a guitar player who shot this video. If it had been, he would have shown Stevie's hands, and not just his face...

That's great! Can never go wrong with some SRV in the morning.

Try this one also. It was done in my home town of Hamilton Ontario at CHCH TV back in the 80s. I think Albert King was SRVs greatest influence in his playing. There is a Video and the cd is available Called SRV and A King IN Session. Great cd. At times it is hard to tell who is playing they are very alike.
BTW how do you get the Screen with the video and the arrow to show up.

ZMAN, click "YOU TUBE" (rather than "Insert Link") and just insert the characters in the link that show after the = sign there (in this case hXBdJkTDgbw). Voila:

    I hope that made sense.
