Anyone familiar with these by chance?

I just picked up my first Strat and my local store had Peavey Rage 158s on clearance for $60, so I already have a small amp to play with...but of course, things always look good AFTER you spend money on something else. Can someone tell me they're crap so I feel better? :

H & K solidstate amps generally sounds very good. I havent tried the edition blue myself but the blonde sure sounds warm.
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

I WANT a Statesman Quad EL84! Ok that was off topic, but at least it was about a Hughes and Kettner. If their solid states sound good like their tube amphs, I bet it will be a great little practice amph.
