    Default automobile heater

Heater in truck is blowing cold air in "hot" mode. So is it the heater core? Thermostat? Low coolant level? Bad Juju? Good juju? Thanks in advance to the auto mechanics here.

Well first check the coolant level, could be low on coolant if not make sure the control valve (the one that lets hot coolant in ect) is opening an closing. If you think its the thermostat feel both radiator hoses when it is up to temp one will feel cooler if it is not opening.Sumi

Usually the thermostat in my experience. It's cheap and easy to replace to see if that is the fix.
