    Default i need a 12 step program

so tonight, i took the plunge.

shiner has been riding me, muddy was unhappy about this...

i had left the plastic on odyssey.

i whined that i would get scars on my pickguard. he says they are honor marks.

    [sigh]

i peeled her off tonight. i got it all the way to the frets, and ohoh! so how are you going to fix this now!

[sigh] he got the plastic under the frets.

she's all nekked now. i think i need a support group.

Snicker. I don't know what it is about CB and that damn plastic coating. She still has the plastic over the "W" on the pick guard of her 12 string.

I remember when I was married to "the evil b***h who must not be named", her father decided he needed a wood shop. So he went out and bought all new tools, table saw, router, planer, you name it. Then he refused to open them because he didn't want them to get messed up. Those things sat in his garage, unopened, unused, for the almost ten years we were married! What a waste.

I guess my thought is what is the point in having something if you're not going to use it? And when you use something, it sometimes gets a little mucked up. It just adds a little character.
