Default Cheap all solid acoustics - Silver Creek?

I'm not usually one to promote mega stores or cheap guitars but this got my interest up. Anyone played a Silver Creek guitar? What did you think?

All solid (rosewood or mahogany) acoustics for $250-$300.

I think they are made in China, but I can't get to it from here (work). I've been curious about these too, no one around here stocks them, and I was hesitant to order one sight unseen.
I have been looking at a Blueridge BR-140 and 160 which are available locally. I wondered how they compared.

Good reviews on Harmony Central of some other models.

My hunch is that it's the same guitar as the Johnson Carolina II (or Petaluma at Costco!).
I haven't tried any of them but would love to if I could hand-pick one...

Within the following link are 2 more for reviews from Acoustic Guitar magazine and Guitar World Acoustic.

Yes, they are made in China.

I have a D-160 and it is a VERY good guitar for the cost. Loud, excellent tone, good workmanship. A tremendous value.
