    Default .xtf file editing?

OK guys, need some help with this one.
Anyone know what prog I could use to edit/modify an .xtf file?
I've been trying to find something but no luck so far.

The file I'm trying to edit is a flash file for a PODxt Live. I want to try and rename the amp models to there "real world" name. There is a prog out there that someone has made and is charging for it, but it doesn't reflect the new update that Line6 just recently released. Plus, I like to mess with this kind of stuff! *evil grin*

Here's the file if you want to take a look at it.
