    Thanks voodooman! i love my blues jr tone,especially with the texas specials (can you say tonal heaven?) haha.I have heard of people modding them,what exactly is the BilM mods,I'm interesting to learning about them.Thanks!:

    Here's a link to the BillM Blues Jr. mods page:


    I've done three of them--the "Twin" stack mod, the tone stack mod, and installing a simple adjustable bias control for the power tubes. All three are cheap to do and not very difficult. But keep in mind that tube amps contain LETHAL levels of DC voltage, so I don't recommend stuff like this for people without some electronics experience/knowledge.
