Man, well, I have all the strat I need, but if that was a classic looking tele with a black PG and a case, ouch, I don't want to think about it. Also, they need to have an LP deal like that for me. With Squier prices trending upwards, looks like these are the new low end, sound-good guitars. A local guitarist (a really good pro) played one of theirs recently and everyone was blown away. Of course, he's real good, but still...

I read a review on another forum and so far this guitar is a winner. Shoot, slap some premium GFS pickups in it and it's a ringer.
