Thanks to all of you! You're all a great bunch of guys and gals and it's really nice to be remembered on your birthday! We spent most of today driving home from Athens, GA. My older daughter is now a high school senior and she's getting invites from colleges to come tour them. We spent yesterday touring the University of Georgia (How 'bout them Dawgs!) and then spent the night with some friends of ours before driving home today. It's definitely one way to kill 5 hours...

Anyway, the wife and kiddies and I are going to grab a bite and chill and watch some movies tonight. (God, ain't getting old EXCITING??? )

Thanks again for all the good wishes! I feel especially honored having 2 separate threads...

It's your birthday buddy, they can all be called Edith (well, except the guy, we'll call him umm, umm - how about "out of the picture" - I'll have to get photo editor to work on that.

Again, I hope you are enjoying your day and night and weekend.

Pretty cool about taking your daughter around to visit campuses. My son just got his tuition bill (not cool) for next semester at Kent State and kicking around the idea of transferring to Ohio State. My daughter is waiting in the wings, but she's working on a free ride (I can only hope).

Thanks again, Strum! Yeah, fortunately, my daughter takes after my wife (well maybe me a little). She's in a dead heat for valedictorian and hopefully between her grades and her extra-curricular activities, she'll be able to snag some scholarships. Keep your fingers crossed! Good luck with your son's tuition! :
