    Default Roland MicroCube

If your looking for a small (about car battery size), loud, built in effects and battery powered along with ac adaptor Amp to take to the beach or mountains let me remind you of the Roland MicroCube. This is a wonderful little box with all the sounds you would need combined into a very small package. I was just blown away by the sound that comes from this 2 watt 5 inch speaker little wonder. Seems to be built like a tank! http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/Roland_Microcube has some pictures and more information.

just reviewing old threads since there were no new posts since last time i checked...yeah i'm a thefret.net addict!

I bought one of these little amps for my son for christmas to play in his room and i must say it is pretty impressive. He loves it and i have played with it some myself.

Lots of fun and sound in a tiny box!

Be glad that you bought that amp Warren, we bought a Squier Champ 15g for our daughter (six years old) and it sounds anything but good...
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009

I still love this amp set to blackface and the phaser with reverb both about halfway up.. dunno why.. jazzy swoooooshie sound..... lol.. all the sounds come out nice on this little amp.. except its a bit bass heavy... so the tone is always maxed out for me.. love playing cd's through it...
