    Default Chicken Saltimbocca Sandwiches

    I just cooked & served these for lunch for my wife, my son, & myself.

    Open faced grilled sandwich on crusty semolina bread with:

    Garlic aioli
    Fresh basil
    Prosciutto di Parma
    Seasoned, floured, & sauteed chicken breast
    Fresh tomatoes
    Provolone cheese

    Yummmmm!

    It would work with bacon in place of the prosciutto.

    mm... Aioli ..mmmm..
    I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
