I'm guessing they are probably pretty close to Texas Specials...KWS pretty much went after SRV's tone. They are probably wound to be pretty fat to capture that Texas Blues sound.

With that price point and the 12 inch radius I would suspect another MIM Deluxe Player with a set of texas specials reverse wound. It will be a nice guitar but lose the stripes!

I like the black one. I would probably want to pull the cross off if I bought the white. It was great to see KWS with the expierence tour back in October. He was shaking down the house with Billy Cox and Mitch Mitchell before he died. I'm so glad I got to see that show.

I never get tired of Blue on Black. Kenny is a total SRV disciple but then again who wouldn't be playing with Double Trouble. Not too keen on those color choices for his sig guitar though.

Another sig guitar is born. Fender really has the pole position in producing sig guitars. I think the graphics on that guitar are too big, too personal. Otherwise this seems to be a nice instrument.

Yeah, don't like those graphics. The sunburst looks good though, but then again, mine's purple, so....

Cool Octave-Fuzz tone, though I think that's a Custom Shop prototype that he's playing there, not the 800$ model. But can't be much different other than neck finish.
